For quantitative investigations of controllable high-vacuum tubes. This includes recording triode characteristics, determining the negative polarity of electron charges and generating cathode radiation (model of an 'electron gun'). Also intended for investigating the technical applications of triodes as amplifiers and generating undamped oscillations in LC circuits.
